A celebration of all things celestial featuring the world premiere of Yu-Hui Chang’s Hawking Radiation, Henri Lazarof’s Second Concerto for Orchestra “Icarus”, and Gustav Holst’s early 20th-century masterpiece, The Planets, including the "Pluto" finale by Colin Matthews. This performance marks the 100th anniversary of the public premiere of Holst's best-known work.
